There are countless professional interactions and relationships have shaped my life and supported my success.

Dr.Mari Pighini has been an incredible and uplifting educator, advisor and community member through this program. Her assurances, positivity and care for us made me feel connected and cared for even from afar.

Dr.Iris Berger has been an incredible instructor and support through this program. Her feedback and care through this program cannot be overstated.

Dr.Boskic was invaluable as a second reader to my portfolio offering her time, feedback, reflection and professional input to support the refinement of my work.

To all of the instructors of the course I have taken, I thank them for their time, effort and engaging learning though a challenging distance model and time. I have left this program ready to lead greater change because of them.

Finally, a thank you to the cohort that has been a part of my life over the past two and a half years. We have been a family together through all of this, supporting on another and making it to the end together. A special mention to Richard, who has been my partner in many instances and I have always valued our time and discussions together.

Personal Acknowledgements

There are many people within my personal life that have contributed to the successful completion of this program. First and foremost is by incredible wife who allowed me to accept this program with a new child in our lives and has always been a beacon of support even when she had her doubts.

I would like to thank my running team (Froth and Bubble) that provided a sounding board and discussion group about the various topics I shared with them and offered insight and feedback.

There is my beautiful community of Macao that I call home that has provided such important diversity and reflection on my perspectives and growth in this course. The richness that has developed from my learning is because of the richness of this place.

Finally, there are all the colleagues and friends at school that at some point have engaged in PD, shared personal stories or been a part of this journey with me that will always have a hand in and connection to this program and how it has shaped me.
